If you would like to try Blockbill for free you can use the LiquidTestnet chain. The LiquidTestnet chain is for testing purposes only and should not be used for commercial transactions.
Begin by creating a LiquidTestnet
software wallet and obtaining LiquidTestnet tokens from the
faucet.
If you wish to issue and manage electronic Bills of Lading on a commercial basis you will need a software wallet that supports Issued Assets on the Liquid blockchain,
such as
Blockstream Green.
If you prefer to run your own Liquid node you can download
Elements Core.
You will also need a small amount of L-BTC to fund transaction fees. There are a number of ways to obtain L-BTC, but an easy way to start is using
