Blockbill is an open source protocol for the swift, inexpensive and secure transfer of electronic Bills of Lading using the Liquid network.
This website provides tools to help you create, endorse, verify and destroy your electronic Bill of Lading.
You can learn more about Blockbill in the whitepaper below.
To issue and manage your electronic Bills of Lading you will need a software wallet that supports Issued Assets on the Liquid blockchain,
such as
Blockstream Green.
If you prefer to run your own Liquid node you can download
Elements Core.
You will also need a small amount of L-BTC to fund transaction fees on the Liquid blockchain.
There are a number of ways to obtain L-BTC, but an easy way to start is using
SideSwap.
If you would like to try Blockbill for free you can use the LiquidTestnet chain. The LiquidTestnet chain is for testing purposes only and should not be used for commercial transactions.
You can create a LiquidTestnet software wallet
here.
And you can obtain LiquidTestnet tokens from the faucet
here.
